Privacy Policy

In short: we keep your account details, the photo you upload and the videos made from it, and we use them only to run the service. Your photo is sent to the AI models only to make your video. Deleting your account deletes your photos and videos.

1. What we collect

We do not receive or store your full card number; Stripe handles card details.

2. Why we use it

• to create your account and keep you signed in;
• to make, store and show your videos;
• to take payments, add credits, refund failed renders and prevent abuse;
• to answer messages and send account emails (verification, password reset);
• to understand which pages and channels bring people to the site, so we can improve it.

3. Your photo and your videos

Your photo is stored in our cloud storage and sent to the AI image and video models we use, only to render your video. The finished video is stored so you can watch and download it from History. Files sit behind long random links that are not listed or indexed by search engines. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell them.

4. Who helps us run the service

We share data only with the companies that provide parts of the service, and only what each one needs:

• Cloudflare hosts the site, the database and file storage;
• Stripe processes payments and subscriptions;
• our email provider sends verification and password emails;
• AI model providers receive your photo and the reference clip to render the video;
• Google handles "Sign in with Google" if you choose it;
• analytics tools, when enabled, count visits and page views.

These providers may process data outside your country. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

• Account data, photos and videos: until you delete your account.
• Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting rules require, even after your account is deleted.
• Contact messages: as long as needed to answer them.

6. Your choices

• Download your videos from History at any time.
• Change your name and password in Settings.
• Delete your account in Settings; this removes your photos and videos from storage.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion through the contact page.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to some uses or to complain to a data protection authority.

7. Children

Techno Dance AI is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us data, tell us and we will delete it.

8. Security

Connections to the site use HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and media files are only reachable through unguessable links. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.

9. Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes, and tell you by email about important changes.
