Acceptable Use Policy
The content rules for AI-generated videos on Techno Dance AI, what happens when they are broken, how to report a problem and how we moderate.
In short: six kinds of content are never allowed: sexual content, violence and gore, hate, anything that endangers children, deepfakes of people who did not agree, and infringement of copyright or trademarks. Breaking these rules gets content removed and accounts banned, and the worst cases are reported to the authorities. Anyone can report a video through our report form.
1. Scope
This policy applies to everything that goes into and comes out of Techno Dance AI: the photos you upload, the images and videos our AI models generate from them, and how you use or share those videos. It is part of our Terms of Service. "AI-generated content" below means any image or video produced by the service.
You are responsible for the photos you upload and for what you do with the result. A video is not acceptable just because the AI produced it.
2. Content standards and prohibited categories
Every photo you upload and every video you create or share must respect the law and the people shown in it. The following six categories are prohibited, whether in the uploaded photo, in the generated output, or in the way a video is shared or captioned.
2.1 Sexual and NSFW content
- nudity, sexual acts or sexually suggestive poses, including partial or implied nudity;
- photos chosen or edited to make the generated video sexual;
- any attempt to "undress" a person or create sexualized versions of real people.
2.2 Violence and gore
- graphic injury, blood, mutilation, death or cruelty to people or animals;
- content that threatens, glorifies or incites violence, terrorism or self-harm;
- weapons used to threaten or intimidate.
2.3 Hate speech and harassment
- content that attacks, dehumanizes or mocks people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or serious illness;
- hate symbols, slurs, or captions and outfits added to target a group;
- videos made to bully, humiliate or harass a specific person.
2.4 Child safety (CSAM and minors)
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualization of minors.
- never upload a photo of a minor in a sexual, suggestive or exploitative context;
- photos of anyone under 18 may only be uploaded by their parent or legal guardian, for harmless family use;
- content that grooms, exploits or endangers children in any way is prohibited.
Suspected CSAM is removed immediately, the account is permanently banned, evidence is preserved, and the case is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the competent law enforcement authorities.
2.5 Deepfakes and impersonation
The service puts a real person's likeness into a video, so consent is essential.
- only upload a photo of yourself or of a person who has clearly agreed to be in a techno dance video;
- do not use photos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures without their permission;
- do not present a generated video as real footage, use it to deceive, defraud or spread misinformation, or to make it look like someone said or did something they did not;
- do not impersonate another person, brand or organization.
2.6 Copyright and trademark infringement
- only upload photos you own or have permission to use (for example, not a photographer's portfolio image without a licence);
- do not use the service to reproduce someone else's copyrighted characters, artworks or logos in a way that infringes their rights;
- do not use generated videos to suggest endorsement by, or affiliation with, a brand or rights holder.
The soundtrack of the original techno dance clip belongs to its rights holders; see section 7 of the Terms of Service for how it may be shared.
2.7 Also prohibited
Content that breaks any applicable law, promotes illegal goods or services, or is used for spam, scams or political manipulation is not allowed either, even if it does not fit one of the categories above.
3. How we enforce this policy
What we do depends on how serious the violation is and whether it has happened before.
| Level | Typical cases | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Removal and warning | A borderline or first, unintentional violation | The video and its photo are deleted, and we email you a warning that explains which rule was broken. |
| 2. Suspension or ban | Repeated violations, deliberate attempts to get around the rules, harassment, deepfakes of people without consent, infringement after a notice | The content is deleted and the account is suspended or permanently banned. Credits used for violating content are not refunded. Remaining credits and active plans may be cancelled. |
| 3. Immediate ban and report | CSAM or any sexual content involving minors, credible threats of violence, other serious crimes | Immediate permanent ban, preservation of evidence, and a report to NCMEC and/or law enforcement. |
Removed videos disappear from the user's History and can no longer be opened or downloaded. We keep a short internal record of the action (date, account, reason) to handle appeals and repeat offenses.
Appeals: if you believe we made a mistake, reply to our email or write to us through the contact page within 14 days, explaining why. We review the case again, taking your explanation into account, and tell you the outcome. Level 3 decisions involving child safety cannot be appealed.
4. How to report content
Anyone can report a video, a misuse of their likeness or an infringement, with or without an account:
- Open the report form (contact page, topic Report a video or misuse).
- Describe the problem and include what helps us find it: the link where you saw the video, the date, and the account or email involved if you know it.
- If the video shows you without your consent, say so; if it infringes your copyright or trademark, identify the work, show that you own it or act for the owner, and give your contact details.
We acknowledge reports and review them, usually within two business days, and much faster for reports involving minors or threats of violence. We tell the reporter what action was taken when we can do so without harming anyone's privacy. Abusing the report channel with knowingly false reports is itself a violation.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first. CSAM can also be reported directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.
5. How we moderate content
We combine the design of the product, automated checks and human review:
- A fixed template, no free prompts. Users cannot type instructions to the AI. Every video recreates the same techno dance scene, which leaves very little room to generate other kinds of content.
- Verified, paid accounts. Generating requires a signed-in account with a verified email and paid credits, and each account can run only two videos at a time, which limits mass abuse and makes every video traceable to an account.
- Upload checks. Only one photo per video, in JPG, PNG or WebP, within size limits.
- Automated safety filters. The AI image and video models we use run their own safety and copyright checks on the uploaded photo and on the generated output. Flagged requests are stopped before a video is delivered, and the user sees why the video could not be made.
- Human review. Our team reviews every report. Administrators can see each generation, remove a video together with its source photo, and suspend or ban accounts.
- Records. We keep records of generations (account, time, status and errors) so that we can investigate reports and enforce this policy.
No moderation system is perfect. If something gets through, please report it so we can act.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the law, the AI models or the service change. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes are announced on the site or by email.
